Additionally, she led a research group at the UMass Amherst Chemistry Department for eight months and participated in a Summer Research Fellowship at the University at Buffalo's Pharmacology & Toxicology Department from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to her technical and research roles, Grace Yoo has a demonstrated history of mentorship and leadership. At Mount Holyoke College Library, Information, & Technology Services (LITS), she worked as a Research and Instructional Support (RIS) Student Mentor from 2012 to 2015. She continues this mentorship practice at a larger scale within MassMutual, nurturing the next generation of data scientists and technology professionals.
