He led the Business optimization program on a Lean approach at SLC Glasgow, UK. Jawahar also designed a customized ScrumBan Agile process for SEI US and Mumbai, successfully delivering a high fidelity prototype. He enabled a DevOps capability building factory in Mumbai, which improved time-to-market efficiencies. Additionally, he delivered the Oscar module using the ScrumBan approach at HSCIC UK and effectively managed the Part Time maintenance loan UK government policy using ScrumBan at SLC Glasgow.
