She also served as Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources from 2006 to 2010 and as Associate Vice President and Head of the Business Integration Group from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, she held the position of Account Manager for Cisco Systems Inc from 2003 to 2004 and Executive Vice President from 2000 to 2019.

Prameela Kalive started her career as a Missile Scientist with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). She was part of the AGNI and AKAASH Missile Development teams and worked under the leadership of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Her experience as a scientist has contributed to her technical and analytical prowess, laying a solid foundation for her subsequent roles in the industry.

Throughout her career, Prameela Kalive has received several accolades.
