Before joining Materna, Nicole Nipkow held the position of Art Director at KPS AG from 2011 to 2019. During her eight years at KPS AG in Dortmund, Nordrhein-Westfalen, she was responsible for leading design projects and managing creative teams. Additionally, she briefly worked as an Art Director at ARITHNEA GmbH for one month in 2019.
