Kalyan holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy & Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed between 2007 and 2009. He also earned a Master's degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he studied from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Kalyan has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, completed between 1995 and 1999.
