Previous Experience at MAXIMUS
Before her current role, Christine held multiple positions at MAXIMUS. From 2006 to 2011, she was the Director of Operations for Health & Human Services Segments. Prior to that, she worked as the Senior Manager of Proposal & Organizational Development within the Workforce Services Division from 2001 to 2006.
Early Career and Other Roles
Christine's career began at Hope Enterprises, Inc., where she served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist from 1991 to 1994. She then moved to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, working as a County Caseworker II from 1994 to 1999. Her next role was as a Program Associate at Rainbow Outreach Ministries, Inc., from 1999 to 2000 in Gaithersburg, MD.
Education and Credentials
Christine graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations in 1991. She holds the certifications of PMP (Project Management Professional) and Prosci.
Notable Achievements
Christine has received several awards for her work, including the Chief Executive Officer’s Award at MAXIMUS for leadership in quality, profitability, and growth. She also received the Human Services North America Division President’s Award for the successful implementation of a major Child Support contract and the Workforce Services Division President’s Award for dedication and service.
Significant Projects and Initiatives
Christine led the start-up of a subsidiary in Southeast Asia as part of MAXIMUS Global Services Group's international expansion. She managed the transition of the WI Works Central Region contract to a performance-based model and oversaw the start-up of the Missouri Statewide Mail/Document Imaging & Management Child Support Program in 2012. Additionally, she played a key role in the acquisition of Policy Studies, Inc. as Transition Operations Manager in 2012.
