He implemented the first Data Analytics Program to support strategic sourcing and developed the first Strategic Sourcing Program, transforming the Materials Management Department into a best-in-class Procurement & Logistics Department. Additionally, he renegotiated the MBTA Ferry Services contract, reducing the budget by $1.5 million.
