Her earlier experience includes roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where she progressed from Communications Coordinator to Senior Project Leader between 2003 and 2009.

Shelby Duke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which she earned from 1994 to 1998. She also studied Marketing at Northern Illinois University, obtaining another Bachelor of Science degree from 1998 to 2000. In 2022, she enhanced her professional qualifications by earning Gainsight Customer Success Manager I and II Certificates, showcasing her expertise in customer success management.
