I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and the Leader of McKinsey's global Apparel, Fashion & Luxury Group. I advise clients on strategy, operations, and marketing – helping executives design and optimize apparel sourcing and distribution approaches. In this capacity, I direct our work with major clothing, footwear, and luxury manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and suppliers. I have more than 17 years of experience with North American, European, and Asian clients. Passionate about collaborating with The Business of Fashion as the knowledge partner for VOICES and the co-authors of the annual State of Fashion reports.
