Anna Collier serves as the Director of Customer Success for the Latin American region at Medallia. In this role, she has been instrumental in launching the company's first Customer Success Management strategy tailored specifically for Latin America. She leads the creation and translation of client-facing content into Spanish and Portuguese, ensuring effective communication with diverse clientele. Additionally, she co-leads Medallia's inaugural client Thought Leadership communities in Latin America, which have expanded to over 500 members.

Prior to her current position, Anna Collier held several roles at Millicom (Tigo) from 2014 to 2020. She worked as the Customer Experience & Transformation Manager, where she focused on enhancing customer experiences. She also served as the Tigo Business Learning and Development Manager and the Customer Experience Manager for Tigo Business Latin America. Her tenure at Millicom involved developing client onboarding and value realization best practices for the Latin American market.

Anna Collier has a diverse educational background. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages, Linguistics, and Education from Central Washington University from 2002 to 2005. She then pursued a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations at the University of the Pacific from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, she completed a Master of Business Administration at INSEAD in 2014.
