Before her current role, Heather Jin worked at Medallia from 2016 to 2023 in various capacities. Initially, she served in Professional Services for three years, followed by her role as Global Head of Social Impact from 2019 to 2023. During her tenure, she was instrumental in leading projects such as the annual Global Impact Report and submissions for Ecovadis and the Carbon Disclosure Project, aimed at enhancing the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
Engineering Background
Heather Jin began her career as a Systems Engineer at GE Aviation in 2015, where she worked for six months in the Kansas City, Missouri Area. She also held a position as a Researcher at The Nature Conservancy in 2013 for three months in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her engineering background is complemented by her academic focus on Environmental Engineering.
