He is responsible for triaging, deploying, and verifying INGRESS firewall rules for third-party interfaces and instrument implementations within the Google Cloud Platform. Additionally, he creates, deploys, and verifies global sign certificates across various environments, including Google Cloud Platform and third-party vendor environments.

Prior to his tenure at MEDITECH, Alan worked at Conexant as a Product Application Engineer/System Engineer from 2008 to 2011. He also gained experience at Analog Devices, where he served as Application Engineer III from 2001 to 2008. These roles provided him with a solid foundation in engineering and technical support, contributing to his expertise in cloud technologies and application management.
