Natasha Nayberg serves as the Sr. Director of User Experience Design at Menlo Security Inc. since 2019. In this role, she has focused on optimizing and simplifying the user experience for various user segments, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), IT administrators, and end users. She has contributed to the development of Menlo Security's patent-pending isolation approach, which significantly reduces credential loss by over 95% and decreases data exfiltration. Additionally, she has redesigned the entire user experience, including the role-based admin portal, dashboard and analytics, and the 'SafeView' web preview for end-users. Natasha has also played a key role in mapping and optimizing internal processes to enhance the customer journey.
Previous Experience in User Experience Design
Prior to her current position, Natasha Nayberg held several significant roles in user experience design. She worked at Actuate Corporation as a Sr. UX Designer from 2005 to 2006. Following that, she served as a Sr. User Experience Designer at Core Mobility from 2006 to 2008. Natasha then joined RingCentral, where she worked as a UX Design Manager from 2008 to 2013, before transitioning to the role of Director of User Experience from 2013 to 2016. After RingCentral, she worked at Mitel as the Director of User Experience Design from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, she began her career as a Sr. UX Designer at Nextance from 2004 to 2005.

Natasha Nayberg has a strong academic background in psychology and cognitive psychology. She studied at Tel Aviv University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from 1991 to 1994.
