“Ms. Figure it Out and Get it Done.” I enjoy strategizing with colleagues and senior executives to set and prioritize goals and then achieve them. I grew up in South Texas and came to New York for law school and my professional career. I’m high-energy, relentlessly efficient and have over 20 years of experience, both in-house and at a law firm where I did broad-based corporate and securities work. Areas of expertise include corporate governance, M&A, financing, contract negotiations, real estate, litigation, intellectual property, human resources/employment, content licensing, fair use and data privacy. I’m passionate about women’s issues, an avid college football fan (Gig ‘Em Aggies!), and enjoy the theater and dancing, especially with my niece. I excel in project management, taking initiative and producing results.
