Brian Gillman rejoined Mesa in September 2013. As EVP, General Counsel & Secretary, he heads the Legal department, providing legal guidance and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. He also manages the Contracts department, overseeing the drafting, negotiation, and compliance of contracts. Additionally, he is in charge of Risk Management, identifying and mitigating risks to protect the company's interests. Lastly, he oversees the Properties/Facilities department, managing company assets and properties.
