I am an executive leader and entrepreneur in the networking and telecom space with a strong customer focus and ability to recognize and capitalize on business opportunities. As Vice President of Xilinx’ Communications/Networking Markets, I developed and executed Xilinx’ strategy and led cross functional teams to drive business development and sales, product planning, technology roadmap, product marketing, ecosystem and partnerships, pricing, design services, and business operations. I orchestrated Xilinx’ success in the 5G era resulting in 25% growth in Xilinx’ revenue over three years in this segment (over $1B in revenue) that contributed to doubling of Xilinx’ stock. Before Xilinx, I founded Sarance Technologies and drove every aspect of corporate management including strategy, technology execution, team building, sales and business development. A self funded start-up focused on networking silicon Intellectual Property (IP), Sarance got to profitability in less than 12 months and to multi-million dollar profits within 3 years. In 2011, Sarance was recognized globally as the leader in silicon connectivity solutions and was acquired by Xilinx. 90% of all internet traffic passed through Sarance’s technology at that time. Prior to Sarance, I was a founder of SiberCore Technologies. SiberCore was a venture funded Fabless Semi that pioneered the Ternary Content Addressable Memory (TCAM) chip market. As a founder, I drove and was involved in every aspect of SiberCore’s business and operations including product strategy and roadmap, growing SiberCore’s engineering team to 80 employees, establishing a customer base of over 20 international customers, taping out 8 devices, raising $75M and generating over $100M of profit dollars.
