Prior to this position, he held various roles at MetricStream, including Associate Vice President for Customer Success and Services from 2019 to 2021, Director of GRC Solutions from 2015 to 2017, and Senior Director of GRC Solutions from 2017 to 2019. His tenure at MetricStream began in 2010 as a Solution Manager, where he worked until 2015.
Education and Expertise
Raman Shrivastava holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Manufacturing Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which he completed from 2003 to 2005. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute, Vidisha, from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, he has achieved several professional certifications, including CPIM and CSCP in Supply Chain Management, PMP in Project Management, and is currently studying for GRCP in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Before joining MetricStream, Raman Shrivastava worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Functional Consultant from 2005 to 2010. His experience spans multiple locations, including Bangalore, Hartford, and Brussels. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong foundation in governance, risk, and compliance, as well as in customer success and service delivery.
