As a connector with over 20 years of experience in enterprise and entrepreneurship roles, I have a passion for working with early-stage founders. I currently build strategy for the Microsoft Digital Sales team, engaging with Digital Natives to help them leverage Microsoft’s cloud-based solutions to drive growth and innovation. Previously, I ran Operations/Customer Success for AWS Startup Activate, helping startups build on AWS and scale their business. In addition to my corporate experience, I venture built a social inclusion FinTech SaaS platform that leverages customer loyalty big data and machine learning to generate credit profiles for M/SMEs. This platform had the potential to enable millions of merchants to access credit, addressing one of the biggest challenges faced by M/SMEs. My diverse leadership experience includes General Management, Sales, Strategy, and Operations roles at large technology companies like AWS, Microsoft, and Cisco. Among my achievements: • Leading strategic C-level customer experience programs for top Fortune 500 companies across 19 sites, supporting over 3,000 customer engagements. • Managing US$30M+ annual targets and closing complex global enterprise and service provider deals as large as $500M. • Building global operational teams in cross-functional roles (engineering, program management).
