With a Master's in Information Technology & Management, In a time when the buzz was all about Data Science, Data Management, and Business Intelligence, I discovered my true calling in Product Management during a TedX talk. This revelation was a turning point for me. Upon graduation, I seized the opportunity at Microsoft, diving into Product Management with enthusiasm. At Microsoft, I've spearheaded significant initiatives within Azure Data and the Azure Customer Experience team, making substantial contributions to self-help deflection, customer satisfaction, and the enhancement of content through initiatives focused on GenAI and video programs.
