Rather more formally 😉 I am a technology and product management exec with experience playing leading role in building workplace & mobility portfolios to >$4 billion in yearly revenue at 2 companies. I have founded & incubated Cloud services business and Mobility services business and led the full product lifecycle, including architecture, development, marketing, and partnerships. I bring experience from multiple industries across both enterprise and pre- / post IPO startups. I’ve lived through (and grown through) taking a company public, three acquisitions and (at least) one divestiture. Product Management & Marketing: • Defined digital workplace vision & go-to-market strategy and messaging. Introduced and built consulting and product offerings to accelerate digital workplace transformation, executed a joint HP/Microsoft campaign focused on digital transformation. • Created frontline worker (FLW) product to address the needs of employees traditionally underserved by technology. Led global FLW program spanning market opportunity, pricing, awareness, enablement, product design, and presales engagement. Strategic Partnerships: • Built out business case, value-based messaging & product roadmap bringing a user choice approach to end user services – addressing the channel of engagement and platform of choice. Developed mutually beneficial GTM strategies and investments with key partners on joint innovation and service development to ensure differentiated capabilities, collaboration across roadmap, user requirements, and priorities. Business Impact: • Grew Modern Workplace sales over 50% y/y at Avanade. Led 58% year on year revenue growth for digital workplace & mobility services at DXC. Grew HP mobility business revenue >50% annually for 3 years in a row at HPE. Led development of network management startup’s product and built its customer base >100X. Grew number of enterprise mobility users from 300K to 1.2 million.
