He performed the upgrade from Lync Server 2010 to Lync Server 2013 and later migrated to Skype for Business Online and Microsoft Teams. He led the migration from on-prem RightFax to the OpenText Fax2Mail online solution. Additionally, he supports and implements changes in Cyberark Cloud Privileged Access Management and manages Cloudflare CDN, WAF, and DNS.
