She also held the position of Partnerships and Programmes Manager at ChildHope UK from 2014 to 2018, where she managed partnerships and programs with a focus on East Africa and Sierra Leone. Additionally, she served as the Head of Workplace Wellbeing Programmes (Delivery) from 2018 to 2021 in Stratford, London.

Laura began her career as an Area Coordinator in Kenema, Sierra Leone, from 2010 to 2011. This role involved coordinating various local initiatives and programs, providing her with foundational experience in community engagement and program management in a challenging environment.
