Her career began at Cognizant as a Programmer from 2005 to 2007. This diverse work experience has contributed to her comprehensive understanding of software development and cloud technologies.

Radhika Engimuri has presented international articles at conferences, which were published and indexed by Scopus, focusing on hybrid clouds. She has successfully handled industry-consultancy projects with Cloudera and IBM, concentrating on VM Migration. Additionally, she has extensive experience in building and setting up laboratories for OpenStack private and hybrid clouds, supporting research activities across various departments.
