He worked at Sullivan as Creative Director, Information Architecture and Content from 2003 to 2009, where he developed award-winning work for clients such as Schwab, MetLife, and Disney. He also served as a Content Strategist at Ogilvy Interactive for one year and as Manager of Customer Experience at JP Morgan Chase for one year. His earlier career included a role as Writer and Senior Information Architect at Siegel & Gale.

Graham Ericksen has a diverse educational background. He studied English, Music, and Guitar at Vassar College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from 1994 to 1998. He later attended The University of British Columbia, where he achieved an Award of Achievement in Web Analytics in 2010. He also completed his high school education at Delbarton, graduating in 1994.
