In this role, she leads a team of six mapping analysts, focusing on market simulations and identifying infrastructure challenges for future launch markets. Shaw collaborates with product and engineering teams to perform road network analysis and conduct environmental scenario research. She manages the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), map validation, and map release processes for all maps produced in the Boston office. Additionally, she is responsible for annotating centimeter-accuracy production maps for autonomous vehicles using in-house software.
