Background
Prior to her current role, Niki Tshibaka worked as a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2004 to 2007, focusing on civil rights within the Employment Litigation Section. She has also served on various boards, including the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault from 2019 to 2021 and the Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness since 2020. Tshibaka briefly served on the board of the Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc. in 2021.
