Agnès Sansot has a diverse educational background. She studied at CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, where she earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Communication from 1997 to 1998. She then attended Paris ESLSCA Business School, achieving her degree from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, she completed a three-year program in Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine at Institut Chuzen from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, she also participated in a two-month training program at MBTI Business Training Institute.
