Nitisha Kundu has served as the Head of People & Talent CoE at NanoNets since 2021. During her tenure, she successfully scaled the global team from 20 to 90 employees. She enhanced the talent acquisition process and improved the quality of hires. Kundu implemented an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and an Employer of Record (EOR) to streamline manual processes. She also developed the first Performance Management System, Pulse Survey, and Engagement Scorecard at NanoNets.

Before joining NanoNets, Kundu worked at FICO as HRBP & Talent for the APJ & Americas regions from 2019 to 2021. She also held the position of Global Talent Consultant at Positive Moves from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, she worked as an HR Consultant for EMA Partners International, covering EMEA & APAC from 2018 to 2019. Kundu's early career included internships at The Coca-Cola Company and The Kraft Heinz Company.

Nitisha Kundu earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur, completing her studies from 2014 to 2016.
