About Daniel Capello
Startups are tough. I mean, every business risk known to man is off the charts: Is there a market for this thing? Can we build this thing? Can we convince investors this thing has value? If we can build this thing, can we sell this thing? Can we hire enough people that are willing to accept all these risks and be competent enough to overcome them? And, can we do all of this before a bigger, better funded company catches wind of what we are doing and tries to do it themselves? Agreed. Startups are tough. I love startups. I have built my career accepting these risks and swan diving into the chaos that comes with young companies. Whether I am an individual contributor, or building and leading a team, I have built my career on acquiring first customers and then building that experience into a repeatable sales process.
