Ben Rowsell completed his education at Cardiff University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics with German from 1995 to 1999. Prior to this, he studied at Malvern College from 1992 to 1994 and at Homefield School from 1983 to 1992. His academic background has equipped him with a solid understanding of economics and risk management principles.
