Work at Nationwide Building Society
Daniela Szabluk has been employed as a Senior Design Researcher at Nationwide Building Society since 2021. Previous Experience in User Research
Prior to her current position, Daniela worked at Aiimi as a User Research Consultant for eight months in 2021. During her tenure, she contributed to user research initiatives aimed at improving product usability and user satisfaction. Additionally, she served as Lead Researcher for User Studies on Data Visualisation at the University of Warwick from 2020 to 2021.
Education and Expertise
Daniela Szabluk holds a Doctoral degree in Design and Technology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which she completed from 2014 to 2018. She also earned a Master's degree in the same field from the same university between 2009 and 2011. Earlier, she graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from UniRitter, where she studied from 2003 to 2009.
Teaching and Lecturing Experience
Daniela has extensive teaching experience, having lectured at UniRitter on Graphic/Product Design from 2012 to 2014 and on UX Design in a postgraduate course from 2018 to 2019. She also taught Multimedia Production at Senac-RS from 2012 to 2018. Her teaching roles involved developing curricula and facilitating workshops to enhance students' understanding of design principles.
