An experienced Board Member, Co-Founder of an investment firm and former CEO having successfully run an array of wholesale and retail financial services businesses globally. In addition to executive experience, I have served on eleven corporate boards since 2000—six public boards (three in the United States, two in Asia and one in Canada) and five private boards (two in the United States, two in Europe and one in Canada)--including six Bank boards Chaired two boards, Lead Independent Director on one Board, and served on Compensation, Risk, and Audit Committees. SEC Audit Committee Qualified Financial Expert (QFE.) Active participant in on-going Director education including attending the Director’s College at Stanford Law School and various NACD events. Business and board experience encompasses financial technology, payments, consumer and small business finance, transaction processing, wealth management, wholesale and retail banking, capital markets and earlier in career, consumer and industrial products. In addition to Board service, currently a partner and Co-Founder of Pivot Investment Partners, a private investment firm focused on FinTech.
