Jason Segal has been serving as the Associate Manager of the Global Security Operations Center at the NBA since 2020. In this role, he oversees the monitoring of open-source intelligence (OSINT) and private intelligence sources for incidents impacting NBA events and personnel. He is also responsible for performing investigations into social media threats against NBA players and league personnel. Additionally, Jason creates and reviews intelligence products and GSOC procedures, while establishing and maintaining working relationships with security counterparts in other organizations and third-party vendors.

Jason Segal has extensive experience in security services, including roles at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. He worked as a Security Officer at Yale West Campus in 2016 and as a Global Security Analyst at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2016 in New Haven County, Connecticut. Jason also interned at the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness in 2014.
