Additionally, he has extensive experience with Royal Bafokeng Sports, where he managed the Basketball Operations for the Royal Bafokeng Jr.NBA Program from 2019 to 2021.
Co-Founder of Ball In Motion
In addition to his roles in various basketball organizations, Kgolagano Rakhudu co-founded Ball In Motion in 2016. He was actively involved in this initiative until 2021, working in the Rustenburg Area of South Africa. Ball In Motion aimed to promote basketball development in the region, focusing on grassroots initiatives and community engagement.

Kgolagano Rakhudu is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Regenesys, a course he began in 2018 and is expected to complete by 2024. He completed his secondary education at Rustenburg Technical High School from 2005 to 2009. His educational pursuits are complemented by his participation in the McKinsey Forward Program, class of 2024.
