Prior to that, he was the Head of PMO & Service Delivery at Iron Mountain from 2012 to 2015. Alejandro also held roles at CEMEX, including Incident Manager and IT Transition Lead, and began his career at Grupo Interclan as Information Technology Desktop Support.
Education and Expertise
Alejandro Dávila Luna has a strong educational background. He earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership, Business Operations & Management from the University of Cumbria. He also studied Digital Business at ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, achieving a Master of Computer Applications (MCA). Additionally, he holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Centro de Estudios Universitarios Monterrey, which complements his extensive experience in digital transformation and service delivery.

He has a proven track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships across various organizational functions, including development, project management, UX, business analysis, engineering, quality assurance, data, and recruiting. Alejandro strategically assigns engineering and delivery managers to key accounts to ensure agility and effective technology partnership.
Digital Transformation Initiatives
Alejandro has led digital transformation programs involving multicultural teams across 14 countries, including the USA, Canada, and various nations in Europe and Latin America. His role includes creating and presenting proposals to clients as part of presales technical teams, ensuring that project requirements are met. This experience highlights his capability in managing complex projects and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
