He also has experience as an Instructional Designer and Project Manager in earlier stages of his career.

Jodane Christoffersen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Business from the College of Idaho, where he studied from 1986 to 1990. He later pursued a Master of Science degree in Instructional and Performance Technology at Boise State University, completing his studies in 2004. His educational background supports his expertise in instructional design and performance improvement.
