Current responsibilities include management and site operations for each of of NetApp's Western Region - Americas locations, strategic optimization of real estate portfolio around workforce planning, as well as workplace design and rollout of new workplace standards. Post-COVID, we are re-balancing our workspace to support new patterns around collaboration and communication.
