Jorge Zapata Godoy serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at Neural Coders. Jorge has a diverse professional background in technology and cybersecurity. He also held a position as a Research Engineer and Artificial Intelligence Developer at Ainnova Tech in 2020. Currently, he is a Machine Learning Operations Engineer at BOSS.Tech and an Independent Consultant specializing in Cybersecurity and AI.

Jorge studied at LEAD University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from 2018 to 2021 and a specialization in Cybersecurity from 2018 to 2019. He also completed a certificate in Quantum Computing at The Coding School from 2020 to 2021. His foundational education includes a Bachillerato in Científico Humanístico from Centro de Investigación e Innovación CIIE de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional in Honduras, completed from 2013 to 2017.
Teaching and Mentorship
Jorge is actively involved in academia as a Data Science Professor at both Universidad Cenfotec and LEAD University. He has been teaching at Universidad Cenfotec since 2022 and at LEAD University since 2021, providing guidance and knowledge to students in the field of data science.
Technical Skills and Projects
Jorge has developed Internet of Things (IoT) projects utilizing platforms such as Inductive Automation’s Ignition, Grafana, and Sepasoft MES. He focuses on implementing strong security measures and policies for AI and cybersecurity services. Additionally, he leads team training on the installation and use of new cloud technologies and periodically reviews cloud systems for vulnerabilities.
