About Michael Sims
I started working at NewLaw Solicitors in September 2010 after completing my LLB Law Degree at Swansea University and gaining experience working at a local solicitors practice. Upon joining NewLaw I worked in the Fast-Track department dealing with all aspects of personal injury claims and gained significant experience in litigation. In April 2015 I was admitted as Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and now specialise in Medical and Clinical Negligence claims. I have experience with all types of medical negligence claims.My special interests are cases arising from the failure to correctly diagnose cancer, cosmetic procedures and orthopaedic injuries which were incorrectly treated.
