Lead two IPOs as CFO (Phone.com and Zendesk); also served as a CEO (Intelliden; acquired by IBM); and founded Surfspray Capital through which I advise technology industry clients prepare transition from private to public companies. Clients served through Surfspray Capital have included Bill.com, HashiCorp, Nozomi Networks, Netlify, Pacvue, Electric.ai, Mattermost and others. Serve currently on the Boards of Matillion Limited and Nextiva, Inc., and served on the Boards of Looker Data Sciences (acquired by Google) and Practice Fusion (acquired by Allscripts). Also co-Chair of McGill University's Advisory Board for the Western United States.
