During her tenure, she effectively managed a Northeastern U.S. portfolio, focusing on financial stability, marketing, and maintenance. She also directed service coordinators and was instrumental in renewing grants, extending programs, and increasing operational funds to add Service Coordinator Programs.
Education and Expertise in Sociology and Property Management
Patricia Sherman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina in Aiken. She possesses extensive expertise in property management, particularly in turning around distressed properties, preparing operational and capital budgets, implementing budget reductions, and creating Reserve for Replacement Plans. She is also proficient in using the Yardi enterprise software system and has strong knowledge of the HUD Secure Online System.
