I began my career with the simple idea that I wanted to design cars. 15 years into that career I have been blessed with amazing experiences, lessons, leaders, mentors and more. A career that has taken me across the world and introducing me to ideas and cultures that have taught me to become the leader I am today. A career that has taken me the full spectrum of the product lifecycle from design conception, through development and sourcing and into launch and production and seen through the lens of a long standing corporation and a standards busting startup. I apply my talents today focused on helping companies shape a culture of transparency, trust, intellect, balance, and tenacity for a better future. With an ever-dynamic market and industry, leveraging my expertise to continually innovate with product design, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics to drive bottom line results. When I'm not working I'm likely doing puzzles with my daughter, yelling at athletes on TV who can't hear me, working on a project in the garage, experimenting on a new recipe, reading anything I can find on motivation and leadership or training for my next race.
