I’m a certified executive, leadership development and team alignment coach currently on the faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute. I've successfully created four businesses in the retail, wholesale, and professional services sector and have a clinical and leadership background in multiple healthcare settings. My interest in coaching grew out of my passion for helping develop the leaders and teams within the small businesses I created. One of my strongest core business values is that leadership is not about power but rather about empowering others. Coaching allows me to fully connect to this core value as I help leaders bring the best of who they are and what they do to those they lead and serve.The coaching relationships I create with my clients help them to recognize, fully embrace and leverage their unique combination of strengths and values in service of achieving their individual leadership goals. I believe that when leaders connect fully and authentically to their strengths and values, they are in the best position to help others do the same. My approach to leadership coaching is that it is a relationship that helps leaders help others succeed. I can’t envision a better way for me to create a positive impact on individuals, organizations, and indeed, the world, than coaching.
