Professional focused on enabling corporate and social organizations positive impact, sharing experiences and human spaces for transformation and cocreation of a better world. Systems Engineer from the University of Los Andes (Venezuela), and a Master in Social Economy and Management of Non-Profit Entities from the University of Barcelona (Spain), I consolidated my experience in the technology industry working on program and project management, and in consulting on areas such as: Corporate Social Responsibility, Creation of Shared Value, Third Sector Management, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Design of Products and Services with Purpose, experiences that helped me understand the dynamics of a volatile, uncertain, complex environment, demanding agile responses, and based on clear values. I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity I have to share as speaker, facilitator and lifelong learner on issues related to technology for social development, education in the 21st century, digital culture, systemic leadership, systems thinking, design thinking, entrepreneurship, employability and youth. Currently I dedicate my time to collaborate in innovation processes, design of learning experiences, change management in digital transformation, sustainability projects and social entrepreneurship, expressing my passion and purpose in support of organizations and people on the path towards the realization of their potential in times of disruption.
