Previous Experience in Product Development
Before his current position, Javier González held various roles in product development and management. He worked at MAGG as the Coordinador de Mejoras de Producto y Producción de Nuevos Productos for three months in 2014. He also served as the Senior Product Manager at Rheem México from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, he was involved in international product development coordination at Becomar de México S. de R.L. de C.V. for ten months in 2014-2015 and as Head of Innovation at BURNDY LLC for seven months in 2015-2016.
Education and Expertise
Javier González has a strong educational background in Industrial and Product Design. He studied at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where he earned a Licentiate degree from 2004 to 2009 and a Master's degree in Product Design and Innovation, with a minor in Technology and Manufacturing, from 2010 to 2012. He also participated in an International Student Program at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 2008, further enhancing his expertise in design.
Teaching Experience
Javier González has contributed to academia as a Profesor Especialista at Cedim Mexico from 2011 to 2012. In this role, he shared his knowledge and expertise in industrial and product design with students, helping to shape the next generation of designers in the field.
