Known for building trust with fast paced teams to create strategy for healthcare products that improve the ecosystem for individuals with proven commercial launch and revenue success at scale. Aanchal is the Vice President of Government Programs, leading commercialization and market development at Nomi Health. Previously, she was VP of Strategy & Business Development at Icario Health. She joined NovuHealth (now Icario) and worked with the executive team and board members to establish the near-term growth strategy and strategic plan for expansion via new market products, business development partners, and business vision. She was responsible as VP of Product Management & Marketing leading new market clients, product innovations and execution on product portfolio initiatives as Revel & Novu merged to form Icario in late 2020. Driving strategic initiatives and partnerships/M&A, she was the Director of Corporate Strategy at McKesson during the McKesson-Change merger for the Software and Analytics Business. Leading the roadmap for growth at McKesson-Change, she was responsible for a multi-million dollar P&L spanning a portfolio of products that served more than 100+ health system/IDN/ACO clients within hospital clinical connectivity. These products were SaaS-based solutions including Health Information Exchange (HIE), Patient Engagement platform, and FHIR-based applications. Developing value-based care strategy for product innovation that redefined the healthcare ecosystem leveraging clinical data, she spearheaded the initial product vision, pricing, and commercialization with clients of the first population insights offerings on the new cloud-based analytics platform, while evangelizing the SMART on FHIR data strategy at industry conferences. Educated as an electrical and computer engineer and MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, her background spans experiences in the financial services industry and various medical device & digital health technologies.
