Startup founder with a passion for leading high-performing organizations and creating simple, beautiful technology products that bring people together. Presently diving in on a brand-new venture with some amazingly talented people. I created Obindo, an AI-based digital assistant that helps organizations capture, organize, and surface key institutional knowledge so everyone can find just who they need inside tools like Slack. Prior to starting Obindo, I co-founded and served as CTO of Leverage Software, an enterprise social networking platform that was used inside numerous Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Microsoft, L'Oreal, The Home Depot, Wells Fargo and Salesforce. Before Leverage I designed robotic control software to help pharmaceutical researchers study new drugs, developed features for Dreamweaver while at Macromedia, and created portfolio risk analysis and market prediction tools for options traders. I believe strongly in the power of entrepreneurship and frequently advise early-stage startup founders. For several years I also served on the board of Full Circle Fund, a philanthropic organization that provides seed funding and strategic support to social entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders. While on the board I led the launch of the Founders' Pledge, a program supported by The San Francisco Foundation and the Salesforce Foundation that empowers founders to incorporate giving back directly into their company's DNA.
