Following this, he served as a Product Manager for Google Docs from 2017 to 2021, contributing to collaboration features such as comments and version history. He also held positions as an AdWords Account Strategist and a Search and Mobile Ads Technical Product Expert during his tenure at Google.

Prior to his current position, Icacan worked at Stripe as a Product Manager from 2021 to 2022, where he led the payments and commerce experience in the Stripe Dashboard.
