Key Projects | Programs • Implemented Service Now as Procure to Pay integrated service support platform to 65 countries leading reduced TAT (Turnaround Time) from avg. 13.8 days to 2.4 days in Year one. • Introduced chatbot as optimized P2P support channel with ticket auto creation and Live Agent transfer options, reducing ticketing volume by 30% for Switzerland pilot • Built process mining capability to provide process transparency for over two million Purchase Orders and three million invoices to improve Finance Core Process compliance by 5% and invoice auto posting by 20% through process re-engineering and proactive intervention based upon predictive insights. • Set up the first Supplier Portal for supplier to engage Novartis Procurement services that generated over 30,000 pageviews within the first month of launch and enabled self-service of ~80,000 invoice status enquires • Deployed Global Spend & Saving platform to enable the harmonized planning process across seven divisions at Novartis for over 8,000 pipeline projects with more than $1Bn planned savings annually. • Established Procurement analytics on spend, savings, vendor, project, contract, compliance and KPI reporting; Enhancements led to 80% reduction of unassigned spend enriched additional $650M annual spend for over 35 countries within a year.
