He worked at Experimentarium as Director of Public Services from 2006 to 2010 and as Director of the Science News Department from 2008 to 2009. He also founded and directed the learning laboratory Cirkus Naturligvis at the University of Copenhagen from 2000 to 2006. His experience includes serving as a PhD student at Genencor, a Danisco Division, from 1997 to 2000, and as an editor/journalist at the University of Copenhagen from 1992 to 1994.
